Cash Client account opening procedure

1. Please download and fill in the following documents:
   
   
   • Uniform cash client's agreement;
   • Internet trading application for existing customers; or
   • Trust Account Withdrawal Instruction;
   • Email Statement to Clients;
   • Settlement Instruction Request Form;
   • Change of Address form for existing customers.
   
   
2. Please enclose the following attachments:
   
   Personal:
   
   • Copy of Hong Kong ID Card or Passport; and
   • Copy of address proof (e.g. bank account statement).
     
   Corporate:
   
   • Copy of Hong Kong ID Card or Passport of all authorised signatories;
   • Memorandum and Articles of Association and and changes thereon;
   • Certificate of Incorporation;
   • Business Registration certificate; and
   • Board resolution to approve the opening of this securities account (example).
     
   
   
3. If you are mailing in your account opening documents: (Not applicable to corporate accounts)
   • the initial deposit in the account should not be less than HK$100.0 and a check should be draw out to "Gransing Securities Co., Limited";
   • the account holder of such checking account must match the name of the entity opening the securities account;
   • the signature on the check must match the signature on the account opening documents; and
   • the account will be activated only after the clearance of the check.
